English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
ESOL
We consider ourselves very fortunate to have a number of students from different language backgrounds included in our school community. We provide an ESOL programme that caters for them either individually or in small groups to give them additional support and increase their confidence and ability in English. The programme is linked to the curriculum and closely follows up on their work in class. The children develop their skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking through engaging and practical weekly sessions.
